Can I make an overseas order?

Yes, we are always happy to send our products overseas. If your country does not appear at checkout then get in touch as we would be delighted to add your country to the list!  

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon to use, put your chosen items into the basket and go to the checkout. There you will see 'coupon  code?' here you can enter your coupon code and apply the discount to your order.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. There will be a link within it to track your order.

My order is late. What do I do?

We’re really sorry about that. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so this is as frustrating for us as it is for you. We try to resolve customers issues as swiftly as possible. But we do need to allow our postage service provider (normally Royal Mail) a reasonable amount of time to make the delivery, 15 working days under our terms with Royal Mail for UK orders. If, once that time has gone by, the package still has not turned up, please email us – info@ruthkaygifts.co.uk – stating your name, delivery address, order number and date of purchase. We will then contact Royal Mail.  

Do you include invoices in packages?

 No, we do not include invoices as we often send orders direct to recipients, so your secret’s safe with us.
